Welcome to LADIY.info, LADIY was created when I found myself having less and less time for my personal sites. The idea was to develop a system which could automatically take care of as many day to day tasks on sites or web-servers running other tasks.
Most daily tasks would include database check-ups and maintenance or table repairs, HDD space cleaning or updating ban lists between sites for example. These simple tasks soon build up in time required and so I created LADIY version 1 in 2007 which over time now essentially can run a whole site with no staff input however....
LADIY version 1 was a new system I had never created before and so over the last 2 years I have modified and tweaked it too it's limits until finally a brand new version was needed. When developing LADIY version 2 I wanted to incorporate all the functionality of v1 but a "from scratch" build adding in abilities like Network communications (remember the ban list updating), Self managed cron run-time, own systems monitoring and on the fly run-time adjustments as well as many other features. The result is a new system which can not only monitor itself and any processes given but also adjust it's own run-time values to keep run-time performance at it's best.
